I was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. I've loved to bake since I was a child and that passion has extended into adulthood. I am a student at the Culinary Institute of America working toward my Associate Degree in Baking Pastry Arts . My dream is to eventually manage and run my own dessert bar. Desserts are my passion, but I have a deep love for Cajun food since my family is all over the south.

Smores 2.0

Food Philosophy

My food philosophy is using the resources we have to expand the culinary world by combining new ideas with traditional recipes. I want to learn the traditional recipes to reinvent and take into the 21st century. My goal is to be able to show the world something new or at least something that has been re-imagined. I'd love to own a dessert bar to pair original desserts with classic drinks or put a twist on it and make dessert cocktails.
